YOU COULD SAY GOOD TASTE

RUNS IN THE FAMILY

We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

OUR FAMILY STORY

WHAT'S ON TAP

OUR BEER

Our beers will help you discover flavors and aromas that may be familiar or not yet tasted. We want you to fall in love with our craft, and we’re committed to bringing out the true character and creativity of each beer.

Sensory Overload

NE IPA

Sensory Overload doesn't let bitterness get in the way as your senses go into overdrive trying to keep up with the citrus and tropical fruit flavors we've extracted from the hops.

ABV: 6.5%

Tesla's Pigeon

Session NE IPA

Taking notes from Sensory Overload, this Session New England IPA is hazy, smooth, and not too bitter.

ABV: 4.5%

Problem Solver

Blonde

This beer is designed for all beer drinkers - light, refreshing, and easy to drink while keeping true to the craft with just the right amount of depth from the grain bill and slight hop character to balance. Not sure what to order? Let this beer be your Problem Solver.

ABV: 4.5%

Sprinkle Factor

Tart, Milkshake NEIPA

Lactose for a smoother mouthfeel, lightly tart to combat the sweetness added by lactose, and tons of hops to provide the juicy experience.

ABV: 6.0%

Quantum Stimuli

Stout

Using this stout, we’ve explored how much flavor we can get into a small package. Deep malt flavors that we’ve designed to remain slightly sweet makes this a stout that can be enjoyed throughout the year.

ABV: 6.0%

Quantum Stimulant

Coffee Stout

We use whole beans to inoculate this beer with Lucky Goat's Mountain Goat coffee. Full, coffee aromas and flavor compliment the deep Quantum Stimuli base.

ABV: 6.0%

Variable #2

Saison

Saison is traditionally a seasonally brewed ale using grains that were available at the time.  French yeast make this light and refreshing on the palate matching the rustic farmhouse flavors of wheat and oats.

ABV: 6.5%

p-Value

Pale Ale

This pale ale is light and hoppy with just the right amount of malt depth. This beer challenges the notion that hops and grain can't be balanced. Reject the null hypothesis.

ABV: 5.0%

Lord Adrian

Golden Strong

Living up to expectations of a style named Golden Strong, this is not a beer to take lightly even if it is easy to drink. Classic Belgian flavors of clove, banana, and a residual sweetness are predominant, but well balanced.

ABV: 8.5%

Hop Gradient

Double IPA

Our first double IPA. We went for a fairly hefty one at 8.25%, but kept the sweetness from the extra malt in check with a pronounced bitterness. To finish it off, we dry hopped with a large blend of our favorite flavor/aroma hops for a nice nose and upfront hoppiness. Enjoy!

ABV: 8.25%

OUR KOMBUCHA

Non-alcoholic, fermented tea drink. This lightly effervescent, chilled concoction is traditionally mixed with fresh fruit juices for a tart and sour flavor.

Placebo Effect

Lightly effervescent blend of fermented black and herbal teas.  Full of healthy probiotics and fruity.  Check with your bartender to see which flavor is on tap.

Crowlers of our Beer and Kombucha are available on request.  Just ask one of our staff to learn more.

THE CONVERGENCE OF

ART & SCIENCE

LIGHT ALES
LAGERS &
BLONDES

Use stemware to hold the glass. This keeps beer at a cooler temperature and allows carbonation to remain in solution.

Optimal Temp: 35°F-45°F

MEDIUM ALES
& IPAS

Allow small amount of body heat to gently warm beer. The warmer temperature reduces harsh bitterness and opens up hop flavors to the palette through the release of carbonation.

Optimal Temp: 40°F-50°F

STOUTS

Utilize warmth of hand to bring beer to warmer temperature to accentuate sweetness of the malts and reduce strong tannins.

Optimal Temp: 45°F-55°F
