Position Summary
The Sous Chef is responsible for preparing food accurately, safely, and efficiently during daily kitchen operations. This role supports all aspects of food service, including prep, service, cleaning, and food safety compliance. The Sous Chef plays a direct role in maintaining product quality, speed of service, and kitchen organization. This position works closely with Ology Foodlab’s Head Chef.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires consistency, execution, and strong attention to detail.
