Coquito King and @ology_distilling are dropping all of the flavors. You can expect OG Coquito, Peanut Butter Coquito, Banana Coquito, and a brand new Ology Tampa x Coquito King collab, Pistachio Coquito! In addition to the cocktails, we also will have pistachio Coquito pudding shots.
It doesn’t stop there. Coquito King is also hitting you with desserts! They’ve got some surprises up their sleeve, but you know it’s going to involve some decadent cake.

As always – thick, rich, and sweet from the tons of grain, extended boil, and overall starting viscosity of IL base. 2yrs+ in Ology Bourbon Barrels gives this a well-rounded mouthfeel and flavor profile. After pulling out of barrels, we spun this beer for 7 days on mounds of coconut chips and toasted coconut flakes, hazelnuts, walnuts, and vanilla. The coconut and vanilla push this in a decidedly sweeter profile while the hazelnuts and walnuts help steer the finish back with nutty flavor and slight nutty bitterness.
