Based on a GBB popular dessert. First, we brewed a multi-mashed-looooooong boil-thick-thick stout, then we aged it for 24months in Ology distilling Bourbon Barrels. After that, we adulterated this luscious dessert with loads and loads of Wild Thai Bananas and Toasted Coconut. Massively long layers of flavors on the palate of banana split and chocolate covered bananas.

No adjuncts here, just pure barrel character with deep notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, oak, and warming bourbon. Smooth, rich, and complex, letting the barrel and base stout speak for themselves. 13.5% ABV.

Blend of BA Stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 30 months, Maple Brûlé for 18 months and Cirka “Whisky No2” for 16 months. With red vanilla from Madagascar and bresilian coffee from Morning Roast.
