Irrefutable Logic: Coconut Banoffee (Batch 1)

Based on a GBB popular dessert. First, we brewed a multi-mashed-looooooong boil-thick-thick stout, then we aged it for 24months in Ology distilling Bourbon Barrels. After that, we adulterated this luscious dessert with loads and loads of Wild Thai Bananas and Toasted Coconut. Massively long layers of flavors on the palate of banana split and chocolate covered bananas.

Blend of BA Stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 30 months, Maple Brûlé for 18 months and Cirka “Whisky No2” for 16 months. With red vanilla from Madagascar and bresilian coffee from Morning Roast.

Assemblage de stouts affinées en barrique d’Heaven Hill pendant 30 mois, en barrique de « Maple Brûlé » de Tonnellerie Moreau pendant 18 mois ainsi qu’en barrique de « Whisky 2 » de Cirka Distilleries pendant 16 mois. Ajout de café du Brésil de Morning Roast et vanille rouge du Madagascar.
